Amazing accomodation host, Tania was very welcoming and shared a lot of tips on where to get the best food (non tourist trap) and gelato as well. Not to mention she went out of her way to print out an itinerary on where to visit around the peninsula, and booked a few places for me. Would definitely recommend this place to my friend and fam who's visiting sirmione in the future

Very professional and client-oriented staff! Many little things have been thought out that make the stay enjoyable (a nice compliment upon arrival, 24-hour access to a small buffet with fruits, snacks and drinks at the reception, the possibility of having breakfast on the terrace). I would also like to separately highlight Alexander, who was always ready to help with luggage, with parking the car and give tea/coffee. Perfect cleanliness, beautiful terraces, nice pool and sunbathing areas.

Fabulous boutique hotel, only a few minutes walk from the centre of Sirmione. Staff were great, very efficient, and discreet. The outdoor thermal pool and summer pool were amazing. The little beach is right on the Lake. All in all a gorgeous hotel, which we hope to return to soon!

    Easy to reach by car and a big parking lot for free parking. The owner was really nice and welcoming. Free bikes available with even child seats and helmets. Also kid’s bikes. Room was very clean and in good condition. Good shower water pressure and hot water. Many restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store next door. Well equipped kitchen and nice pool area. The room was exactly as in the pictures, or even better. We got a lovely terrace. Our short, 3 days visit was perfect. I can highly recommend Residence Nuove Terme.

    A real value! We parked our car in the basement parking lot which was perfekt as it hailed during our stay in Sirmione. Our host was friendly and helpful and the location of our appartment was quiet but still close to the lake, restaurants and shops.

    The property is ideally located 20 minutes walk from the old city. The property is well-equipped with all that you need and is designed wonderfully. The property is part of a complex of apartments so get to enjoy an underground parking lot, and two shared pools. Two of the rooms and the kitchen have good air conditioning and there is a big fridge and an oven, a dishwasher, and washing machine.

    We had a long trip in Italy, we've stayed in many places, but this hotel was something else! Paolo and his staff are the nicest people i've met in italy. when we arrived, we asked Paolo for some tips, he sat with us and gave us a lot of useful information. The room was very nice, great facilities. the location is the best you can get for a trip at Garda. it's also nice to have easy free parking nearby anytime. Don't miss it! best you'll get.
