The staff was super kind, we arrived at half past midnight and they welcomed us with some tea. The room was big and clean, and there were various options for breakfast. In the breakfast room there is also a cook preparing an omelette upon request.

Perfect location in the city center with the citadel, roman theater etc in walking distance. The rooms are big and comfortable. The hotel is on the main road but it's quiet nevertheless in the night and in the morning. Very good breakfast and the best staff: Yahia, Bassam and all the staff go above and beyond to make your stay a wonderful experience. They've helped us to book a trip & tour for our whole stay in Jordan and gave us great recommendations for Amman, Petra, Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea.

It was really an amazing place to stay. Everything was perfect, starting from friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is at amazing location offering spectacular views, rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. Food at restaurant was great - delicious arabian food, also offering international couisine.
