Everything. The staff were super friendly and courteous. Deyaa at the reception was especially helpful. The room was clean and spacious so was the bathroom. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The WiFi was really fast and the swimming pool was a nice surprise.

The serve a variety selection of local dishes. Waiter is friendly, polite, professional and provide fast service. They go out of their way to help you. Location is exquisite! Khuttar Apartment Hotel is in a very strategic location. It's close to everything you can and cannot think of, such as: Clothes, antique shops, modern and traditional restaurants and Cafe, Currency Exchange, Herbs shops and pharmacies. If you want to shop or explore authentic ambience, this is to place to be at! Housekeeping was great and helpful. Cleanliness of the rooms, restaurant and hotel is impeccable. Everyone in this hotel works hard and really appreciate their endeavors! The Hotel staff works hard and I really appreciate their endeavors! Very big room, beautifully decorated with a view of the city. Everything was immaculately cleaned. The breakfast was of a great quality and variety, freshly cooked and baked. The staff was extremely polite and respectful. The valet drove the car to the garage and back.

Travelling with a teenager we were upgraded to a suite with a third bed. Staff are lovely; kind, attentive, smiley, very helpful. Buffet breakfast is outstanding with local foods and western options, all freshly sourced mostly from Jordanian produce. Excellent value. Concierges very knowledgable of where to go for dining and also shopping; we needed swim wear and they knew exactly where to go. We were drinking and the valets looked after the car very well. It’s easy on and off one of the main roads in and out of Amman.
