The staff was super kind, we arrived at half past midnight and they welcomed us with some tea. The room was big and clean, and there were various options for breakfast. In the breakfast room there is also a cook preparing an omelette upon request.

Perfect location in the city center with the citadel, roman theater etc in walking distance. The rooms are big and comfortable. The hotel is on the main road but it's quiet nevertheless in the night and in the morning. Very good breakfast and the best staff: Yahia, Bassam and all the staff go above and beyond to make your stay a wonderful experience. They've helped us to book a trip & tour for our whole stay in Jordan and gave us great recommendations for Amman, Petra, Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea.

Mom was received in a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The communication with Mr. Ahmad was smooth and attentive. He was extremely kind and helpful. The location and facilities are top-notch, and the room had everything she needed. It was totally recommended and I will visit it myself soon

Best hostel I ever stayed! It is located in a beautiful building with a rooftop terrace. There are common areas to work, read and chat. The whole place has a very chill vibe and everyone was super friendly. No crazy parties or loud noises. And the rooms are super spacious. They also have events every evening. I wish all hostels were like this.
