Absolutely outstanding stay in Nagasaki. The location was perfect — central, convenient, and ideal for exploring the city. The apartment itself was immaculately maintained with exceptional facilities that made the stay feel both comfortable and luxurious. What truly set this accommodation apart, however, was the incredible hospitality. The team were remarkably flexible, responsive, and genuinely went above and beyond to accommodate every request with efficiency and care. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nagasaki — a seamless, stress-free experience from start to finish. Loved the location, the room, the gym and the staff. It is an unusual hotel by Japanese standards, a converted convent beautifully converted. The staff went an extra mile to help us. Very convenient for the Glover gardens.

The experience of the stay is superb! You can actually live like the local Nagasaki people (on the hill) and listen to the sound from the vessel or the Mitsubishi ship yard. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The house is exactly what we’re looking for. Highly recommended for people who want to experience the area.
