Had the most comfortable stay! The hotel was clean, quiet and beautiful! Staff was wonderful and helpful, spoke good english! Bed was huge and we slept so well! Loved the shared kitchen where we could prepare our dinner from 7/11 just down the street.

Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. A dreamlike ryokan nestled in the middle of a small gorge surrounded by lots of forest. The onsen were a dream with a direct view of the river and forest. The varied and diverse food in the evening and morning was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and could fulfil our every wish. The pick-up service from the train station was also great. We can only warmly recommend the Ryokan to anyone who wants to forget everyday life. This is exactly the right place.

Great experience of staying here. It was calm and relaxing to have open air bath in the middle of forest. We could see tranquil atmosphere of Amagase onsen village with wall-like mountain alongside the river. Kaiseki dinner was fantastic. We could see true Japanese hospitality here.
