The stay was very good. Very clean rooms, convenient location with a 5min walk from the station. The owner is very friendly and invited us to his friends sushi place and to a local bar. He really went the extra mile to make sure we had a good experience from Japan, we appreciated it very much and it's one of our best memories from our trip to Japan! We highly recommend you stay here

The host was very welcoming, the rooms were nice, clean and for Japan pretty big. The kitchen had everything we needed. Mikawa is a pretty but very small and quite city, the house was conveniently located close to the train station.

    The staff at Matsusaki was so friendly and welcoming. The hospitality was exceptional. Dinner and breakfast were served in our room with an explanation of the dishes. The in room onsen was so relaxing as were the public onsens and massage chairs. We left the ryokan to walk to the nearby bookstore and grocery store which was close by and a fun experience. Parking was very easy. I highly recommend this ryokan for all travelers and would love to return.

    As other travellers stated it is a cosy and peaceful hotel. Everything was perfect and we had a wonderful and refreshing sleep. It is very close to station and it has free parking, which if you come by car like us is wonderful! Breakfast was perfect too!! We would love to stay here in any future trips to Ishikawa Prefecture!
