The staff, particularly kitchen staff, are very kind. The onsen is gorgeous. I think it's cool that the dining area doubles as a manga library. My room had a bunk bed which was whimsical and fun. It's hard to find a three bed hotel room so this was great. I also liked that there was free hotel parking. It's a great place to stop by on your way to Mt.
