Honestly, we liked everything about this one! Room is simple but comfortable. Be prepared to sleep on futons. Bathroom and shower was shared, but clean. There is a big communal area with chairs, tables, couches.. The kitchen is great and very well equipped. But the main star of the show is the owner! He speaks zero english but that does not stop him :D We have communicated via google translate - and we communicated a lot :D He was very friendly and actually attentive to our requests - we mistakenly booked a wrong room and he agreed to change it free of charge, also he told us many good palces to visit around the island. Do not hesitate to ask him anything.

Super clean and new! Size is comfortable for 3 adult and 1 kid. Everything is ready. Kitchen with oven, fridge, big sink, dishes, microwave. You can cook or reheat anything you like.We made toast for breakfast everyday. Toilet with shampoo and shower gel. Washing machine and drying machine is ready to use. Travelling with a family of 5, the huge room and 2 bathrooms/toilets was a lovely surprise! The main bathroom was sectioned off, and contained: bathtub and shower, toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer. Another toilet was in a little room by itself, and there was a separate shower room, perfect for large groups of travelers! The living room was large and comfortable, we had 2 large double beds and 2 single beds in the room, and the view from the large L shaped balcony was great! Encountered no issues with parking, there are 2 rooms per floor of this condo complex, and I believe they allow 1 parking space per room. Checking-in was a breeze, the reception was unmanned and since we done the online pre-check-in all we needed to do was scan our passports on the tablet at reception.

Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and felt brand new. The reception named Mei was incredibly friendly. The breakfast spread was superb with many varieties. One of the highlights was watching the fireworks from the rooftop pool area. The music performers were excellent, and the bar staff were just as great. The hotel's location in American Village was incredibly convenient, especially with a Lawson right next door for any quick needs.
