The staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming. They were prepared to deal with guests of the world via technology and an open-minded attitude. We were unaware that breakfast was included, so that was a lovely surprise. The property is set in a beautiful location, a short walk to the restaurants and ski fields. The hosts were amazing, and very helpful with assisting us with onsen and restaurant bookings.
