The host kept on checking on us and was willing to assist in case of any problem. She allowed an early check in and a late checkout. She also had some board games and books for guests to use!!!!

Great size rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Martin the bar man kept my husband supplied with Tusker. We had a 2 bed suite which was great as had our teenage daughter with us. Great choice of swimming pools and a sea view.

I loved the neighbourhood, it was quiet which created a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. This is a perfect setup for a family vacation or even a couple getaway. The apartment is very comfortable and compact, but it has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay, especially if you're traveling alone like I am. It is fully equipped with all the essentials, even the smallest things necessary for daily life. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking on a daily basis. There is a large inner courtyard, which also serves as a parking area. Everything is behind a fence, making it safe. There is always someone on-site to open the gate for you—just ring the bell. The place is quiet and pleasant. Sometimes, little monkeys drop by, and you can feed them fruit. There are delicious and affordable roadside cafés nearby. I had great meals there for several days—fish, beans, chapati—all for around 300 shillings. Just perfect. The beach is about a kilometer, maybe a kilometer and a half, away. It's a decent beach, though there’s some construction going on. I personally prefer wild, untouched beaches. To reach the nearest store, you need to walk about 500 meters to the main road and take a matatu to Mtwapa. There, you'll find Naivas and Quickmart, where you can buy groceries and cook at home. Everything is great! Thanks to the host—she is very caring and attentive. Overall, I highly recommend this place.
