The best thing is the owner of this property. The owner is extremely helpful, responsive, and able to communicate in English. I got some good recommendations even before the start of my trip. The hospitality level was beyond words. The second best thing is the location. Attractions are basically in the walking distance. Some good restaurants are not far away. I recommend this place, especially to those who have been to Bishkek for the first time. You won't regret staying here.

Quite unexpectedly this turned out to be a perfect hotel for me. When faced with the choice of whether to stay 2 days more in Bishkek the Orion was an additional factor that made me stay. I can't even pick one particular feature: everything is perfect or near-perfect. High ceilings, decor, breakfast and excellent service at breakfast, spa with hearty massage, impeccable cleanliness, absence of unnecessary noise and glitter and other unnecessary disturbances. Sort of elegantly understated, not an Instagram place (finally...). Very calm, very safe. On top of this I could even open my window, which is a luxury in the centre of Bishkek - it was quiet enough.

The location was great. Azema told me a shortcut to reach the bus stop, which was very helpful. In just 1 minute, you can get to the bus stop and reach all parts of the city. The swimming pool was amazing and always clean. It’s clear that the place cares a lot about cleanliness. At the entrance, we had to take off our shoes, and they gave special slippers for the garden – these were nice details. Sitting in the garden and socializing was a big plus. You can cook in the kitchen and keep your food in the fridge for free. Toilets and showers were clean and good for hygiene. There was a washing machine too. Also, many staff members were always around to help you, and they were all great. The hotel also has some tours you can join, and they give small tips for exploring the city. It was a nice experience.

I had some health problems while in Bishkek and the staff were so helpful - well above and beyond what was expected.

Everything was brand new, clean and very tastefully decorated. A lot of modern aspects to the rooms but also capturing the spirit of Kyrgyz culture. I’ve visited Kyrgyzstan every year for the past decade and this is one of my favourite accommodations in Bishkek. Staff were very friendly and I felt very welcomed. So glad that the brand new air con kept us nice and cool in the summer heat and was very relieved that the room had a washing machine which meant we could do our family of 4’s laundry after many days in Issyk Kul. Also, this was the first accommodation that we’ve stay at over the years that utilised keycards instead of normal keys. It was very convenient for access to the main gate as well as the room. When we were out in Bishkek City and had to go back, the address and phone number of the Apart Hotel was conveniently printed on the keycard so I could key it into the Yandex App. Lastly, since the place was located at the south of Bishkek, we didn’t have to deal with the Bishkek city traffic during peak hours. Everything we needed like restaurant and malls were 5-10 min away by Yandex.
