Amazing location. Clean and cozy room with a view of the red mountains. Delicious home-cooked food. Sociable hosts with excellent knowledge of English and Russian. Simply stunning nature. Be sure to walk through the valleys, climb the mountains, do not be lazy to walk and there will be no limit to delight! Next to the guest house on a hill there is a family restaurant "Terrace" with a stunning view of the mountains and the sunset. Be sure to have dinner in the evening, you will be amazed by the views and the quality of the food.

We were traveling around Issyk-Kul Lake with our three young children, searching for a quiet and beautiful place to stay. When I came across Taberik, I was initially hesitant — the place had no reviews, and traveling with kids, comfort is our top priority. But the location looked so stunning that I decided to take a chance. And I’m so glad I did — Taberik exceeded all our expectations. We were warmly greeted by Meyrambek, the owner, who welcomed us with tea and cookies and shared that they had just opened for their very first season. The entire place is brand new and built with great attention to detail. The setting is breathtaking: nestled at the foot of a mountain, surrounded by untouched nature, with yurts and cozy cabins scattered across the land. The cabins have heating, hot water, and high-speed internet via Starlink, which was a pleasant surprise given the remote location. The interiors are thoughtfully designed — wooden furniture, natural materials, spotless cleanliness, and a cozy atmosphere. You can immediately feel that a lot of care, resources, and investment went into creating this place. We passed by several other guesthouses along the way, and honestly, none of them came close to Taberik. It’s truly a different level of comfort and beauty. There’s also a stunning waterfall nearby, adding to the magic of the place. This location touched my heart so deeply that I couldn’t resist writing this review — and I don’t do that often. Very kind & warmhearted English speaking host

We stayed here in June and it was absolutely delightful! The hosts were so kind and attentive and made us the most delicious vegetarian (on request) breakfast we've ever had! The yurt itself was amazing - very big and very clean. It had cooking facilities and everything we needed. The view from the door was absolutely stunning as well.

The ladies running the guests house are very attentive to the guests needs and really try to accommodate you.
