The staff at the reception was so friendly and helpful they asked the Chef in the kitchen to make pancakes for my daughter (just for her) although it was not on the menu, because we arrived late for breakfast and she was sad she missed the pancakes! They also ordered taxi for us to and from hotel because our phone was not functional outside of the hotel! Highly recommend!

I enjoyed everything about the stay. The convenience of having a supermarket downstairs for all our necessities, the close proximity to the city center, and the host’s kindness in accommodating a late check-in. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was spotless. Thank you to the host! I will definitely stay there again if I visit Almaty 🙂

It's a very cozy room with a close vicinity to the bus stop and restaurants. The landlord is very helpful and is just a message away. The room has everything...from fridge to ac to heater washing machine charging stations tv with Netflix ...you name it. The shopping Mart is 10 meter away with almost everything you want I had a good time!
