I highly recommend this hotel! The hotel is spotlessly clean, in a building that has recently been renovated. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and well equipped with comfortable beds. Despite the low temperatures outside, it was warm and cozy inside. The owner was always available and ready to help guests in any way she could. She is incredibly friendly, warm, and kind! Additionally, the owner also speaks English and Russian. She is really amazing and very helpful! She organized a full-day trip to Altyn Emel National Park for us, which was also a wonderful experience thanks to excellent guide who, in addition to his great driving skills and knowledge of the national park, is also a very friendly person, and we truly enjoyed spending the day with him. I highly recommend this option! Furthermore, she helped us find alternative transportation to Almaty within a few hours, so we were able to get there quickly with a very friendly driver. The property's location is excellent. The laundry service is an added plus. The property also has a dining room where you can order meals during your stay for a reasonable fee. Even though we don't eat meat, they managed to make meatless meals for us. We'll definitely stay here again when we visit Altyn Emel next time! Thank you so much for your help and hospitality!

Stunning scenery, lovely cool evenings with beautiful sunset and vivid stars at night. The family owned small group of yurts are genuine and gracious. Food was delicious and yurts very comfortable. Horseback riding also available. This is a camp, so do not expect extensive facilities. There is a proper toilet.

The toilets and showers are indeed really good and cleaned daily, the meals were delicious as well and some of the staff speaks good English so communication was a breeze. This enabled us to have a really nice experience living in a Yurt for 3 days.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. The place was clean and functional. Very easy access to the park. Would stay again!
