The owner and staff are very friendly, helpful and hospitable. Invited us to share dinner which was lovely. The tent and bedding was clean, warm and very comfortable. It is a pleasant and quiet natural environment on the property. Overall a really nice experience.

The host of Etalon was the best host we ever had. He picked us up for a fee at the railway station, he drove us for a fee to Charyn Canyon and dropped us off at our next apartment. He was superfriendly, kind and made us feel like a friend of the family instead of a paying customer. He also arranged a wonderful horseride with his daughter, she's a guide. We liked playing pingpong, the outside shower. He made our stay perfect. Thank you very much!

Very friendly, helpful and accommodating owners! We’ve been traveling with a small child, they made sure we had everything we need for comfortable stay. Apartment is located close to the airport and you can get to cafes and food store by crossing the road. There are plenty playgrounds if you travel with kids ☺️ Property itself was very clean, freshly upgraded as everything looked new and was in excellent state. We’ve been staying is several apartments by the airport, this one was absolutely the best one. We will definitely book it again for our next trip. Highly recommend 👍🏻
