Absolutely fabulous! Perfect for late arrival by train, very close to walk. Self check in was easy and no worries about delayed arrival. Pay by card or cash. Friendly and helpful communication. Spotlessly clean apartment with all facilities you could ask for. Lovely to have tea/coffee.

I liked everything about this hotel. The location is out of the city but it is easily walkable. It is in a quiet suburban area. The decor is clean, fresh, contemporary and colourful and the bathroom appointments are fantastic. The lady I dealt with doesn't speak English, and I don't speak Russian, but we used google translate and facial expressions, and we did well. Her help and attention to detail was excellent. I enjoyed breakfast; there were enough familiar dishes to balance out some that were different for me - all good quality with a really useful time that it was available. To have bottles of water replaced in the room every day was a bonus.

The owner and staff are very friendly, helpful and hospitable. Invited us to share dinner which was lovely. The tent and bedding was clean, warm and very comfortable. It is a pleasant and quiet natural environment on the property. Overall a really nice experience.

Many thanks for the host Dina, who is friendly, honest, thorough and willing to help. She makes an official contract and carefully explains all legal aspects. We faced fraud during previous booking in Almaty and were robbed of the deposit, so we were quite suspicious, but Dina was very patient and everything went great. The apartment itself is located in a new complex, it's freshly made with modern design, beautiful and absolutely spotless - we even felt a little uneasy, afraid to spoil anything =) It's also stocked with everything necessary, starting from kitchenware and down to tea bags and even frying oil. After other apartments where I had to buy a sponge to wash plates, it's a relief!
