Best location for early morning flight / transiting through Almaty. Great space everything I needed was there for the comfort of transiting. Host was super nice and friendly. Helped us with luggage and walked us to the airport in the morning.

extremely friendly and helpful staff. excellent location in terms of proximity to the airport. clean room, clean bathroom and comfortable bed. perfect match for the price. for all those posting negative reviews: please remember that this is a £25 a night hotel, which is probably the lowest in terms of price that one can find in almaty. you cannot expect sound proof rooms, stately king size beds, room service and concierge at this price. one has to be realistic. for all those complaining about the staff not being proficient in english: has it occurred to them to use an online translator?!

I liked everything about this hotel. The location is out of the city but it is easily walkable. It is in a quiet suburban area. The decor is clean, fresh, contemporary and colourful and the bathroom appointments are fantastic. The lady I dealt with doesn't speak English, and I don't speak Russian, but we used google translate and facial expressions, and we did well. Her help and attention to detail was excellent. I enjoyed breakfast; there were enough familiar dishes to balance out some that were different for me - all good quality with a really useful time that it was available. To have bottles of water replaced in the room every day was a bonus.

    Close to airport (parking in airport paid parking). Only needed room for 6hrs as we checked out at 3am. Host was very accommodating and we dropped the keys in the mailbox when leaving. Didn’t get to use all facilities but there are a full kitchen.
