We just love the place. Great experience in this villa. We liked everything there, very quiet location near a beautiful beach. We were looking for such a place. The villa is very spacious, nicely furnished and we immediately felt like at home, plus a beautiful garden and an amazing pool. Asanga will prepare a royal breakfast for you every day, whatever you want. During our stay in Sri Lanka, we returned there twice. Last but not least, great communication with the owner of the villa, who really cares about making your stay as pleasant as possible. We will definitely plan to spend more time in this villa next time. I can really only recommend it.

Absolutely spectacular views over Madu Lake and utterly peaceful. It’s a modern and very spacious design which sits inconspicuously in the landscape. The owners are so lovely and our Sri Lankan curry was the best we had in our month in Sri Lanka.

Pool and beach amazing. It felt like we had the beach and pool basically to ourselves with our toddler. Brilliantly family friendly and kind staff. Good food and lovely breakfast. Arranged great boat safari for us picked up straight from beach in front of hotel. Calm sea which was great for swimming, even with our toddler! very comfy bed too and beautiful cot provided. Also v quick to sort out our change in dates due to flight delay and price confusion too which was really appreciated.

And you’re lucky to step into that space. He’s the kind of host who leaves a quiet impression — the kind you remember long after you leave. Breakfasts were beyond delicious — fresh, local, made with attention and soul. Every morning felt like a gentle invitation to slow down and enjoy life. The garden is full of life — lush greenery, cinnamon trees, soft air. The ocean is just 50 meters away — and the beach is so quiet and beautiful, it truly feels like it’s all yours. This is a place of peace and beauty — perfect for those who seek true rest, far from noisy crowds. An authentic villa, a pool, nature, and a sense of care.
