The service was excellent. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and attended quickly to all our needs. The independent surfing instructors were great too! We loved our room as well particularly the balcony. The location is amazing, just a few steps from a smooth sandy beach with the perfect waves for all levels of surfers. The water is shallow for a long way in without any rocks which makes it ideal for families with younger kids.

This is a new boutique hotel in Mirissa and we loved the fact that it is close to the beach. When we checked- in, it was almost late evening and we were warmly welcomed by the staff and the owner. As it's a new place, the escalator was still under construction but we enjoyed climbing the vertical stairs overlooking the green property. Staff were very friendly and they accommodated all of our requests to make the stay more enjoyable. After whale watching, we had to extend our stay by a couple of hours and the late check- out was met without much hassle. This property is distinct in terms of offering very large and comfortable family rooms that can host upto 5 to 7 members. The interiors are extremely pleasant and the platform in the room is wide and long enough to place the baggage. The sunset watching area on the terrace is simply beautiful and the evening with live music gives a different vibe altogether, accompanied with good food. A special shout out to the staff in the restaurant area. The manager checked whether we needed a breakfast pack to carry for whale watching and they kept it ready before we left the next morning for whale watching. Overall, a great stay at Coastline. Happy that we found it.

The property and the surroundings are just amazing, the room is new, clean and the resort has many different amenities enjoyable during the stay. What has made the staying so good was the staff, especially Mr Chandana who took promptly care of us and of any necessities we had. The villa has 3 floors, one with a livingroom, kitchen, toilet and entry. The private garden has a pool which was really nice! We think it was much nicer than the pictures show. Comfortable bed in a room on the 2nd floor with excellent AC. It even has a large roof top area. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. They served great breakfast every morning inside the villa that was enjoyed in privacy. The villa is just acoss the small road from the beach, really close. There are no other places that we are aware of with closer proximity to the beach. There are quite a lot of small beach bars at this side of the beach which provide nice sun beds with or without coverage from the sun. Just a 5 min walk from Kaas is the main street with food stores. Hiriketiya beach is a 15 min walk over a hill. You can fint good surfing here. Bars and restaurant mainly close at midnight. Not a lot that is happening after this hour.

The location of Moringa Mirissa was very near to the beach and in general was worth the money. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was extremely friendly and professional, which is the most important! As a solo female traveller I felt very safe! I recommend Moringa Mirissa 100%

Breakfast every morning was amazing. Bed so comfortable. Clean. Amazing location. Turtles popping their heads out of the water while you sip a beer. Lovely food and staff so relaxed, kind and attentive. Sparta the dog is a joy. They organized mopeds for us and taxi to airport.
