The service was excellent. The villa had everything we needed.. The view from swimming pool is beautiful. We arrived in the evening, the host of the villa were great they offered such good service, we had delicious food. Highly recommend this villa.

A Stay Beyond Expectations – Absolutely Mind-Blowing! From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, this hotel exceeded every expectation imaginable. The house is wonderful and the rooms extremely comfortable. The location of the hotel is stunning being amongst the tea plantations beneath Lipton's seat. The pool has the most spectacular location overhanging the valley below with birds and monkeys in the canopy of trees overhead - unforgettable. Do use the hotel's 4x4 transfer service to reach and leave the hotel from Koslanda as the 'road' is 'challenging'. The thing which really makes this property special though is the staff who were so friendly and welcoming. Malinda and the team were so kind and created a quirky, relaxed, fun atmosphere. Thank you!

My partner and I recently stayed at Nature Hub in Sri Lanka and had an absolutely wonderful experience. We booked the Deluxe room, which was in a very cute bungalow complete with a kitchen, living room, and a lovely garden that led to a small waterfall. We were traveling with five friends who had booked the economic rooms. When the manager, learned this, he generously offered to upgrade us so we could all stay together in the bungalow. This was a super upgrade and truly enhanced our experience. The property manager, Kalairaj, was an absolute superstar and made our stay unforgettable. He went above and beyond, bringing us food and drinks, and ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. His hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference.

- The host was very nice, professional and super helpful. He offered a tuktuk tour of tea plantations ti us, but he didn’t push us into ordering services through him and clearly told us that the best option for our further travels is a bus as a car would be too expensive. He waited for us as we arrived to check in after 9pm. - The room was big, well-maintained, modern, nicely decorated and very clean. We also had a nice balcony with an amazing view! - The bathroom was clean, with hot water and a good water pressure. - The breakfast was great! It consisted of an omelette, toasts, fruits, jam, butter and tea/coffee. Everything was well prepared and delicious! - The price is beyond our understanding. It was such a great value for money! We truly recommend this accommodation to everyone!
