Olinda Galle is a small, super charming, very well located hotel just a 20 min from Galle center. The rooms are very spacious and cozy, the baths which were built to incorporate nature are a true privilege experience. The delicious breakfast, served on the terrace area outside of the room is also a highlight . The owner and host is super kind and attentive. Every minute of our stay was truly special. After a month traveling in Sri Lanka, this has been the best place we have stayed. Located in a quiet place, The house is very big and beautiful. Both the room and the bathroom are huge. The bed is big and very comfortable. Everything was super clean. Ashan and his family are lovely, they helped us and gave us information of what we needed. The breakfast was plentiful and varied (every day we tried different dishes). I totally recommend this stay if you come to Galle (the city is 15 minutes by tuktuk).

Beautiful colonial building with nice gardens. The rooms are beautiful and the staff are so attentive and helpful. Was the perfect choice after a busy 10 days travelling around Sri Lanka. They upgraded me to a better room which was very kind.

My family and I stayed here for two nights and had an excellent stay. The manager and staff very friendly people, especially Keethan. The traditional homecooked Sri Lankan breakfast and western breakfast were both phenomenal and the rooms and the pool were very clean and well-maintained. It is located in a good and serene area. This villa made our stay at Galle the best experience.

I had a lovely stay at silver rail. it was in a great location, a manageable walk to Galle fort. The room was comfortable and nice. The family were amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. Great hosts and beautiful people. Definitely recommend.
