We booked last minute due to the place we were booked in at being absolutely awful. This place was relatively cheap but looked at least better than where we were. We were absolutely blown away by everything about this place. The room was amazing. Breakfast - which is simply described as eggs, toast and coffee - was amazing and needs to be sold better. We had a lovely time. We used the laundry service and that was excellent too.

Such a lovely new place that just opened a few weeks ago. It was even better than the pictures made it look. The host and staff were very kind, the breakfast fresh and tasty and the pool is cute for a quick dip to cool off on the heat. We would definitely come back!

Absolutely loved this place! The interiors are some of the most stunning I’ve seen in any hotel or Airbnb, thoughtfully designed and full of charm. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and the breakfast was a highlight: fresh, delicious, and prepared right in front of us. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, just a 15-20 minute walk from the center. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasant surprise to arrive to this comfortable renovated boutique hotel. Rooms very pleasant and clean. Getting into the pool at night was so nice. Theres coffee all day available. Great antique furniture in the reception and dinning area. Lorena and Denisse were so kind, helpful and attentive. Kitchen staff very kind too. The place is very well located, 5 blocks from the Santa Lucia park, palacio de la musica, casa Montejo , downtown area and 6 blocks from Paseo Montejo. The property was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, there was a small pool which was perfect to cool off in. The staff were so friendly and their communication was amazing from the moment we booked. They made every effort to make sure we were well informed about what was on and where to go in Merida and were interested in the experiences we had. Their love of Mexico and Merida was very evident. Breakfast was lovely and fresh every morning with 3 options and fruit. Lovely coffee and juice. Said was lovely and friendly every morning, giving us tips for Merida and our future travels. What to say, this hotel is fantastic. The room is big and full of comforts like very high quality and bio products to wash yourself, a hairdryer, a night-gown. Bed was one of the best I have ever slept on. The pool is nice and calm and offers some relax and escape from the hot weather. Breakfast was also fantastic and staff was very attentive and nice to us. We really felt pampered even if we stayed only one night.
