Great customer service. When we arrived, there was a misunderstanding because during booking we were given the option to book a room with separate beds, but when arriving at the property we were told it wasn't available. The next day the manager solved the situation without any fuzz. The place was always clean, the shared areas are super cute and cozy, and there's a cold water dispenser which was great for the hot days!

I requested the highest floor, and they delivered—plus I was given a corner room with fantastic views. The room was spacious and spotless.
