Exceptional stay at Hacienda Kaan Ac. What a dream to be waking up to exotic birds singing. The Hacienda breathes history. The room was really big, and the mattress so comfortable. The staff is so kind! It was nice to walk to the restaurant for breakfast, and walk around the gardens and the house. Mega plus: we got to hang out on the roof of the hacienda and look at the stars!

The staff were so kind and helpful. I forgot my glasses in the hotel room an pd hadn’t realised, but they messaged me to let me know and I was able to retrieve them again. The hotel has a lovely old style room. The breakfast area and garden is so tranquil. The location is perfect, so close to the main square of Valladolid.

Fantastic family run gem situated in a quiet neighbourhood. The owners were very friendly and spoke fantastic English! This guesthouse complex is close to the main square and is around the corner from a great restaurant and mercado. The local cenote is a 12 minute walk away which is a bonus! From beginning ‘till the end, our stay was perfect here. The people are sooo nice and will do everything to make you comfortable during your stay. You can order your breakfast the day before and let me just say, it’s delicious!! It’s a small 10min. walk to the townhall centre and very safe. They also have a parking lot you can use to keep your car from getting scratched but the 2nd night, we just parked it in front of the hotel. Antonio was so nice to give us information about cenotes we could visit that weren’t that busy. It’s a new hotel but will be booked fulltime in a couple of months!!

We loved this place. Remote in the nature, extremely friendly staff that did everything in their power to accommodate us. The cenotes are amazing and so is the property. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It is also quiet. In the nighttime you can see all the stars and hear the animals. We loved everything about it. If using your data bundle or stay without internet and have a car to bring you there isnt an issue for you i can highly recommend this location.
