Xul-Ha was a dream place, so much better than we could imagine! The fact that the cabanes are small (not in an uncomfortable way) positively makes you stay out more and enjoy the beauty of the lagoon that is right at your feet. Everything needed for relaxation was at hand: comfortable sofas, tan-beds and hammocks. We woke up every morning to assist to a stunning sunrise and then embarked on paddle explorations on an empty lagoon. It truly felt like a private paradise. The breakfasts were a delight start to each day. If you're seeking tranquility and immersion in Mexican beauty, look no further! We extended our stay, completely mesmerised by the charm of the place. A special thanks to Rene who welcome us with warmth (hello from the frenchies if you see the message Rene!). He's always happy to chat and assist with anything you might need. Pepos is hands down my top recommendation in the entire Yucatan!!

The place was designed to feel good from the very first moment when entering through the main door. Everything integrates perfectly into the ambiance of the subtropical Mayan forest and impresses with it beautiful design. Materials and services are all very high standard and the traditional local cuisine is delicious. With the all-time precence of Tatiana and Ricardo, the hosts of Kokoro Mio, the entire place was filled with harmony and love. Experiencing a Temaskal on 31 Dec. was magic and the massage which we enjoyed 2 times was wonderful. We can not wait to go back one day!

breakfast was good on both the days. there's always scrambled eggs, cheese slices, sliced luncheon meat (deli), oj, coffee, fruit bowl, bread, jam, butter, amazing corn bread, muesli, yogurt and a toaster to toast ur bread. the views are special here and the waters are perfect throughout the day and early night too. not deep at all so safe for everyone. Amazing peaceful place, private in the middle of the jungle. Beautiful nature. Great design and cosy house. Delicious food. We really enjoyed our stay, we were lucky there were only few guests. Really relaxing time we had.

Wow! What a place. We loved everything about it. It’s a little piece of heaven. The staff were all amazing. The daily activities were all fantastic. We only stayed for 3 nights but managed to do 2 yoga session, an afternoon of SUP’ing, a water colouring class, a mezcal tasting and a massage. The highly was definitely the sunrise SUP’ing. It’s a must. Make sure you book a room with a lake view as it’s definitely worth the money!
