    It's a new hotel with minimalist concept. The bathroom looks compact but it is spacious enough and very good lighting. As of now there's a lot of parking because it is in a new area. I think it will be difficult later on when all the buildings are tenanted, parking may later be difficult. Also good that it has the water refill station so you can use the tumbler in the room to fill it as many times you want than providing mineral water bottles.

    the location is very convenient to ikea, eco area where so many shops is around. staff was very friendly and helpful. parking space is in front of hotel and safe. no need valet as it is open space. the pool is nice and clean. the room is a bit smholl but not too small. is enough for short staycation. got water coway every floor so you can just take cold hot water anytime. tv channel have a lot! surely will come here again.

    The room is quite small. Can get the bigger room at the same prices in Butterworth or Penang.... But because the location is in the Batu Kawan and we don't have other choices, so the upper house is ok. The hotel also has no specific parking.

    The hotel location was great.. easy access and easy parking around the hotel. I most like the hotel rooms minimalist.. very comfort bed to sleep. The pools was big enough to swim.
