The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The place was spotlessly clean. I'm a bit of an insomniac, and every time I got up, people were around cleaning. The pods were comfortable, the temperature in the room was just right.

The host was kind enough to entertain our early check-in request as we had an early morning flight to KL. The instructions were easy to follow for check-in/out.
