The customer service was very responsive, and the refund for the deposit was processed within 24 hours. The view of Lost World Tambun was spectacular, and the washing machine with a dryer function was very convenient. The only inconvenience was that there was only one parking access card provided, despite there being two parking spots. I hope the owner can provide a second access card in the future.

It’s cool, like stepping into an art gallery!It’s not big but contains everything you need. Walking distance into the old town. Really appreciate the host & hostess Mr. & Mrs. Tsong who show a great deal of hospitality by providing us plenty of useful information and helping us in every detail. It’s enjoyable sitting in the lobby chatting with them during breakfast time or even after a long day’s tour.

Everything was amazing at this stay. The rooms were so nice and spacious with lockers set away from the beds, the beds had double pillows, towel, top sheet and cover! Just perfect. The showers were clean and had amazing pressure! There were plenty of spaces to chill out and relax or eat. But what sets this stay apart from others is the amazing hospitality! The owner went above and beyond for me. I was unwell for a few days and she came and checked on me every day and sent me messages on WhatsApp in case I needed anything! The kindness was just incredible. Thankyou so much again!
