Cosy, simple but nice deco, the outside area was large. Good for family gathering, bbq and outdoor games! Worth for money. The most important thing, the 99speedmart, Mr. DIY, Mixue very near to the property. What's the great location!

Very friendly and service minded Staff, that went out of their way to make our stay magnificent. Beautiful beach and the atmosphere was amazing. Loved BBQ'ing on iur own grill on the beach and could have stayed in the hammock forever.

Spouse, 2 kids & my old man. Abah. Note: I hv stayed in many chalets along this coast since 1998, old & new ones.
So here is my honest opinion to review this resort. BOOKING Made the reservation 1.5months prior thru Booking.com & everything went well. 
My price was deducted from my card 2 days before my trip to confirm my stay.
The resort made communications & were very helpful & attentive. We booked one Super Triple Deluxe Twin & one Deluxe Twin Room; w breakfast. GETTING THERE We drove from S’pore, about 2.5-3hrs to reach with one stop in between.
If u are flying, u can come in to KLIA then another 1.5hrs drive. THE RESORT The Arjana Resort is an affordable luxurious resort concepted in Mediterranean vibes. Think blue & white Santorini.
It brings some tranquility while having ur retreat & the hospitality was good. THE LOCATION Pengkalan Balak is a beach town & bustling with seafood at night.
There were many beachfront chalets but read on & u will understand why Arjana is better.
The Arjana Resort sits along the coastal road of Jalan Telok Gong & is not exactly beachfront.
It is just on the opposite side of the road; it is in front of the beachfront, heh! CHECK-IN We arrived very late at 10:30pm; of coz the office was closed. 
The security asked for details & we got our room cards thru him. He then showed us the rooms & where to park our car.
So that was pretty fast, thank u. ROOM The rooms were perfect! My family complimented as they got a good night rest. It was good for me too.
The AC, ceiling fan, water heater, lights, minifridge, iron/ironing board, TV everything worked!
The white linens were of good quality, pillows, mattress, duvets were of those in 4-5 stars hotel. Note: These provisions are not applicable to the rest of the chalets there. The wardrobe is over the minifridge & kettle/cups. 4 white hangers lined up the top.
