Lovely family and charming place. We felt like home from the first moment and they’ve been very kind with us. The house looks even better than the pics and it was very clean and organized. A wonderful place to stay with two active children – surrounded by convenient bike paths that wind picturesquely through canals and pastures, you can reach the famous Kinderdijk (the oldest windmills in the Netherlands) or charming Gouda. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished, with everything you need to cook dinner, and the surrounding garden is a dream: beautifully manicured greenery, a swimming pool overlooking meadows and canals, teeming with wild birds. The hosts are incredibly kind and approachable, happy to advise, but also offer plenty of freedom and privacy.

We were completely amazed by the host, rooms, and city itself. Everything was new, clean and perfect. Breakfast was delicious. Coffee was the best I had in whole Netherlands. I defnitely recommend the place to everyone!

This is my second time staying at the hotel,I love the stlye as it's a converted old building and they've kept all the original architecture. My first time for a family wedding was great so I booked it a second time fir a short weekend break. This time around was even better. Mannoune the front of house concierge was friendly and accommodating. The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean,comfortable and stylish and the open plan restaurant is fabulous. I had a small technical issue with the room I had booked which couldn't be helped and she quickly moved me to another room, upgrading my room also for my 2 night stay as a gesture of goodwill. It was greatly appreciated. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough and if you are looking for a different hotel experience thus is the place. 10/10

    It was a lovely apartment which was as described. Welcoming hosts. Great to park the car for a few days after lots of travelling and wander around the shops and eat in the lovely cafes and restaurants. Bus is very easy to find for a trip to Utrecht. Good tourist information centre to explore.

    Oudewater is a wonderful little town and a real find. This hotel didn’t disappoint. The room was comfortable, breakfast was excellent and good parking was onsite. The process for checking in was quick and easy and the staff were pleasant. There are a number of excellent restaurants a short walk away and the town is extremely enjoyable to walk around. We will certainly return.

    Perfectly functional and very clean, but basic room. Breakfast was really good, there was enough parking on the street and behind the hotel, and I enjoyed walking around the town. There is also a small grocery store nearby.

    This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. We chose the hotel for the breakfast and free parking, but in fact enjoyed so much more than that. The restaurant was great, the breakfast was generous, and the parking convenience was excellent.

    Beautiful place. Very comfortable apartments with everything you need, the rooms are beautifully decorated, a lot of attention to detail. Modern household appliances of excellent quality. The onsite parking is huge. Our apartments exceeded all expectations.

    amazing hotel! located near the center of a small town. free parking along the river. It has a nice restaurant. The room has a cosy bathtub and has great water pressure for showering. the mattress was great for resting my body from one day walking in amsterdam. also the hotel provides one free bottle of water. the personal was very friendly. it’s worth the price in Netherland.
