I loved the place the moment I stepped in. I came from India on a solo travel trip to the Netherlands. The owner received me and suggested places I should visit in Rotterdam. I booked this place for my partner's birthday to spend some relaxing time alone since he is so fond of the Jacuzzi. Everything was perfect. All the essentials were there. Dish washer, towels, couple bath robes, crockery, iron, blow dry, projector, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, teas, fridge and much more. It exceeded my expectations. Such a good space for couples. And the place is in the centrum. So everything is in walking distance. Me and my partner loved all the arrangements. Everything was so neat and clean. Loved the Jacuzzi setting. Had a very good customer service. Worth the price.

    All was really good except the fact that television was not working. They just changed the service provider and this could be announced on the web site. I couldn’t see the final EU 2024. Beside this there are no complaints. Rooms are really spacious and room service and bar are great. There is also underground parking with an extra fee.

The underground car park was exactly what we wanted and the staff explained to us perfectly how to find our designated parking lot. The lobby and dining area looked very smooth and clean.
