The unit is clean and well maintained. There is a lounge / dining area / kitchen. There is a fold-out bed. There is also a separate bedroom and a bathroom which looks like it may be wheelchair friendly. The staff is very friendly. The seal centre is almost next door. There is a lovely restaurant across the road. Just a note about the area: the grocery store is quite far if you are walking. There is a wonderful information folder listing many useful places.

Very clean, Roy and Marjon are really polite and helpful. They served us a wonderful breakfast in the front yard. I strongly recommend this property, which is in a beautiful village with kind people and is nearby Groningen !
