Stayed here for 3 nights and had a great time. Only 15 minutes drive to shopping center (Frankton), 20 minutes to queenstown. Room was perfect. Breakfast was perfect. There are other acitivites available like wine taste and outside hot tub. Queenstown was too crowded in my opinion but staying here you can enjoy the peaceful view of countryside while still have convenience to everything you need for your holiday. Great value for money. Will definitely recommend.

Really made us feel at home. When we arrived there was a chees plate, bottle of wine, freshly made cake, and more, all for free and all in our room, not in some central location. That type of attention and service continued at breakfast the next morning, which was also included. Very nice people in a very nice town.

    We’ve been travelling for nearly a month and have stayed in Motels mainly. So Cardrona Hotel had a lot more luxury about it. Cosy, comfortable clean. Open fires. Great food in restaurant for evening meal and breakfast. Fabulous place to stay with onsite parking.

    From stopping in the car park to heading into reception you could feel something spectacular about this place! The staff where super friendly, the rooms where amazing and the bed was so good, such a great experience that everyone should stop off and stay the night, because the food…. Was literally out of this world! The steak was one of the best I’ve ever had and the whole vibe of the place was so chill and refreshing.
