The penthouse apartment was excellent. All the staff at the Inn Ansol, Creig, Irene, Karan , Inse were wonderful and went out of their way to help us. They also have their own transportation to travel around which was so good. Don also drove us to our Mitsibis Bay Resort in one of their luxurious car.

Everything, the room was clean and spacious, wonderful view on Mayon Volcano. The staff was super nice. It's a garden in the city like they say 😉 There is a brewery downstairs that draft their own beers, it's perfect to chill.
