There are dramatic mountain views from the room and the terrace. The staff is kind and helpful and the beds are comfortable. Hot water is also available (check with the staff for the timing). The road leading up to the property is essentially a desert-road, with the local driver though, it wouldn't be a problem to reach it. It's worth staying here.

The best guesthouse in Skardu! The location is quiet and beautiful, the rooms are spacious, very clean, and the beds are super comfortable. Breakfast was great and the value for money is unbeatable. Writing a review is not something I normally do but but my last stay, I feel, deserves a few lines at the very least. During the past 5 years I have travelled frequently to many different parts of the world and have experienced a whole range of accommodation types which include luxury hotels and guest houses. I can say with all sincerity that I do not recall a more peaceful and comfortable stay to the one I experienced at HIKK Inn Guest house. The atmosphere was welcoming, warm and relaxed and I only wish I had been able to stay longer. The family who managed the property was very friendly and greeted me each morning with a warm smile. I would recommend this guest house without hesitation.

I had an excellent stay at Arish. Everything here was good more importantly the staff members who were supportive and efficient. The Manger took care of me as a friend. Enjoyed local food and meet up with friends and get together with staff. Surely will come again. I had a great experience of staying at Arish strongly recommended for Foreigners especially.
