I needed to give the security guy a big thumb up for helping out showing us where the laundry room was when he spoke pretty much no English and I understood nothing about Polish. He is beyond hospitable behind the "no feeling expression" on the face till I started telling the staff how helpful the locals we ran into in Warsaw and Poznan. I highly recommend this extremely neat aparthotel in the old town of Poznan to ones who are looking for a stay of three days or more.
