Krzysztof went above and beyond on very short notice, the property was adapted to suit our needs with only a couple of hours from booking to arrival, the property was very clean and well maintained and is located in the centre of pultsk looking onto the cobblestone market which was perfect for our family to learn about pultsk history and close to all amenities. Wow this hotel is fantastic. The room we stayed in was newly renovated and they have done a great job with the design. In the room the beds were comfy, great quality sheets and bedding and they even put some complementary items in the mini bar. I was already thinking "This place is great". Then I came down for a complimentary breakfast (which was delicious) and the lady told me that I could checkout late if I wished. What a great experience, I can't wait to stay again.
