Located in the highest part of Nun's Valley, this hotel has an incredibile view on mountains, you can see it from your room, from the Spa area and from the restaurant. Amazing. Room was big and with terrace with view. Staff and park great. I really raccomand this hotel if you are in Madeira.

Delicious breakfast, beautiful vintage decoration in the hotel, free treats, lemonade, water,... But, above all, lush and very beautiful green plants all round the hotel, especially the magnificant tropical garden in front of the Miramar hotel. And last, but not least, the most kind staff.     View was amazing, free parking in front of the hotel, next to miradouro eira do serrado, fabulous dinner at the hotel restaurant (highly recommend Madeira skewers Espetada with garlic bread Bolo do Caco)

    amazing place for couples, friends or families :) in the middle of the mountains ⛰ with beautiful landscape around. in front with bus stop (81 number from Funchal) or if needed car parking.

    A very frinedly and thoughtful staff on the reception, unless they are overloaded with other duties. The hotel seems to be understaffed, which lead to conflicts and problems. The view from the rooms is magnificent and there are view points nearby. There's a nice balcony and you can slide-open the windows to sit in the air. There's a free parking by the hotel with plenty of spots most of the time.
