The owner was extremely friendly and receiving, our room was extremely clean with all new furniture and very efficient aircon. We also enjoyed the pool which was super refreshing after very warm day, I would not hesitate to return to this accommodation it is highly recommended when in CasteloBranco

This place is magical, and the family who runs it is beyond nice, loving, and attentive! The only negative was not having spent more time in this place. The property is spotless and beautifully decorated with artifacts, pottery and objects that have belonged to the family for over 4 generations! And the way they have recycled and repurposed things is amazing! Joana and aunty Isabel are such special persons 💖 Joana in particular, she can't hide her passion for horses, cows, dogs and all the animals they own. Isabel made the whole decoration. She's a genius at repurposing stuff and making them look beautiful and nice! We spent one whole day touring the farm, highly recommended 👌 Learned so much with Joana about the trees, horses, cows, The room is spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, using organic products most of them produced in the same farm, and varied. We cannot wait to return and spend longer time in this magical place ✨️ Thank you Isabel and Joana.

The room was very comfortable, and spacious enough. There was a mini-fridge and microwave which is very practical and the gifted snacks were very nice. The staff is very friendly and it's easy to park in the area. It was my second time. Thank you!

The hotel is very clean, the room facilities are complete, the bed and quilt are very comfortable and soft! The food at the a la carta restaurant is very delicious and plentiful, and the sandwiches at the bar are delicious! Most importantly, the restaurant staffs are very good! 👍❤️

Very comfortable stay and welcoming, helpful staff. Very elaborate breakfast and the hotel has an in house restaurant restaurant with different daily specials. We intended to stay there 2 nights, but because my wife caught a bug, had to extend our stay. The receptionist was super helpful in helping us secure extra nights and the breakfast staff brought me a tray so that I could bring breakfast to my wife. That's all truly appreciated. Location was central. We came by bus and its a 15 minutes or so walk from the station to the hotel. Castelo Branco has many interesting places to visit and it's walkable or a short uber ride from this hotel. Also, a few good restaurants are within walking distance too. There is a supermarket, a pastry shop within 5 mins walk away.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hostel is located in a part of town where there was ample parking. It was easy to walk to Castelo Branco's castle and to area shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Area maps were available at the desk. The breakfast provided was super. There were a lot of choices available.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The area is nice is beautiful. Big, spacious and clean room. Comfy beds. Beautiful pool area. New and modern facilities. Free parking! We stayed there for one night on our way to Spain but we would like to comeback for a longer stay!
