    Lovely spacious apartment with easy walking to town centre and waterfront. We had a hire car and used street parking overnight. Setúbal is a great town with a must see market. We used it as our base while exploring the wider area.

    Rooms and furniture are simple and new. AC in the room. Machines to wash/dry your clothes are available free of charge. The kitchen is shared with other guests and is equipped with a microwave oven, stove, oven, refrigerator, sandwich maker. The bathroom is inside the room. The TV is a modern 43" or bigger. They have a gated parking lot. All lockers (gate, room door, building door) are keyless (electronic). WiFi is available throughout the building and inside your room. It seems that they accept extended-stay guests.

    the hotel and stay was pretty good, hotel staff was friendly and helpful. There was a free parking place in underground parking and outside. The room was clean, air conditioning was working fine. The breakfast was good too.
