I felt very comfortable at Makeri Residence. Nice appartement and very clean. The staff was amazing. Liliane was taking so good care and her cooking was amazing.

William the manager speaks english and french. He is very reactive and helpful. The food was nice but above the place whre the lodge stands is perfect. On the lake shore with a sublime view on the volcanos for the sunset and the sunrise. A small piece of paradise. Highly recommended!

The host is realy friendly and welcoming. He also works in the local tourism and thus knows great places to visit apart from the gorilla trekking. Our car broke down the morning we wanted to leave and he was a great help with getting the right mechanics.
