Great place on the water, very picturesque. The Apartment is huge! Lots of space, with everything you could need in the kitchen. We even went for a dip in the lake. Hosts welcomed us on arrival and were lovely. Information sheet on the table with all the wifi details etc. Very easy transition.

We liked the location and the nice view from the room over the water to the church. Room was big with comfortable beds. Kind and professional staff and very tasty breakfast. We parked in the Parking House Gallerian (hotel parking was full), which is three minutes walking from the hotel.

We were a group of 3 healthcare professionals who transferred a minor to a hospital in Eskilstuna late at night. The trip to Eskilstuna, handover to the hospital staff, and lack of taxi service at the time took us till 4am to get to the hotel. Robert messaged me that he would extend our checkout to rest a bit, which normally is done at 11 am. He also reserved some breakfast in case we had missed it. These little things make the customer happy. Will recommend the hotel again. Malcolm

Across the road from Eskilstuna Station and a short walk to the main shopping area Excellent room, comfortable, warm (snowing outside), small yet functional Very helpful staff, chatty and informative, welcoming Solid Swedish style breakfast, hot & cold Evening dinner, one course + served .. very tasty !
