Wonderful friendly staff - Marie-Helene and the rest of the staff made us feel totally at home. Delicious freshly cooked food. We had a very nice stay at La Femne Noire. Nice and clean room with very comfy bed. Well located close to all services and walking distance to the island. Wifi was a plus. Recommend to everyone visiting Joal Fadiouth island.

We loved our stay there! Joseph and his family are the best hosts ever, it was like staying with friends. They really took care of us and helped us with onwards travel and drove us to places. We liked the colorful apartment which is just like in the photos, very homely and quiet. Enjoyed the use of the kitchen, liked the garden and the pool. Nice walks to the jetty and to the village. Joseph has all the info you possibly want for the area.
