The house has a beatiful colonial architecture. It has a garden where you can stay forgetting the traffic. Rooms very good decorated. The neighborhood is very peaceful, with a restaurant nearby, in front of the Dusita there is a cafeteria with massage center. (very recommendable). Hospital on the street below. The subway stop and the boat stop is just 5 min walking, and train station is 2 stops by the subway. We booked the family room. Big space for the family. The bed is very confortable. The sofa-bed also confortable. You can use a common kitchen with the essentials (microwave, kettle). You have also free refiled water. The house is all very clean. Pai is the lady who attend you, very nice and helpful. We had a problem with the locker and the owners came to resolve it.

The host is extremely nice and polite. They do everything to make you feel comfortable and to have a nice stay. I arrived late in the night and they were waiting for me. There was water available when i arrived which made difference when you arrive from a long flight. Supermarket 7 eleven is 3 mins walking so, it does help as well. I had to leave my luggage when i checked out because i would come back in 4 days and she kept my luggage. I do recommend the place for people that does not look for hotel 5 stars, the place is simple but it is like being at home.

The hotel was cute and very pleasing for the eyes. Attention to detail is extremely appreciated by us. Everything was new and very clean. Very comfortable bed with two pillows of different hardness. The placement of the AC was great as it was exactly on the feet not on your face. We had a night train and we arrived very early in the morning. The stuff helped as store our luggage and did their best to give as the room as soon as they can.
