Great home stay with huge 5 star rooms. Great host (Nita) that lets you get on with what you're doing but will help if needed. You have to want to be in a quiet area and either like walking or have a car, or take taxis--to go a little further out. A great base between Hua Hin and Pranburi when going out daily in a car.

This place is great. I had one of the villas of which I believe there are eight all around a large pool. I think the other villas have a private pool. I ate here a couple of times and the food was nice, not too expensive. The staff were absolutely lovely. This all located very near Sai Noi beach, which is a pretty quiet secluded little beach about 300m long. At the north end of the beach there is a little path up the hill to Wat Tham Khao Tao. There are not that many places to eat in this area. T-Villas does not back onto the beach.

It was so lovely to stay at this place. Topfy was so kind und we could always asked something if needed. The rooms was spacious with an AC. There is a kitchen and a dining room If necessary. But we ate always outside, because the food was so good and convenient and nearby. The beach, with the very good boonsong Restaurant, is just a few steps away. The house and area is quite. Especially in the evening and its really nice to relax. We had a lovely stay!

    We hired a car at Bangkok airport. The host communicated well with us and sent the exact location. The drive is around 3-4 hours. The villa is in a great location, night markets, shopping malls, temples restaurants etc are all nearby. The villa is fully equipped, exceptionally clean and fairly quiet. It has 4 bedroom with 3 having direct access to the pool. 3 bathrooms. Parking is on the property too! The host Memee is wonderful and very attentive, also arranged massage at the villa. Most impressed!

    Ideal location right on the beach. The grounds of the condominium & swimming pools seemed to be cleaned 24/7. If you are in a car you are taken to the lift for your condo by electric buggy. Car parking is underground ensuring your car is always cool before you go out. Excellent veranda in the gardens ovelooking a very quiet beach & the sea. Small bar (not belonging to the condos)on the beach at the side serving snacks & food. The room had a nice size balcony from where you could relax & also with view of the sea.

    We like the rooms, the breakfast, the pool area and the fact that it's on the beach. The staff is friendly and understands english. Parking in the street is ok.
