Breakfast was grand, the owner Uwe very client-focused, the whole organisation & maintenance perfect, the food excellent & with a quick service, the beach regularly swept (to avoid the piles of garbage brought by the sea on either side) Nothing to fault them on, except maybe the staff lack of English (which is manageable by the ever-present Uwe). Great place to spend relaxing time.

We enjoyed the night here very well. Overall house is very clean and comfortable. We can easily park 2 cars into the garage. Highly recommended if you are driving to Songkhla. Great location with 5 minutes walking distance to convenient store. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Thank you for the hospitality.

Traditional house, absolutely gorgeous inside, meticulously looked after and impeccably clean, lovely terrace out back and if you're on the top floor the views are probably the best in town. AC worked, water is hot. The staff were lovely, and immediately sorted out a minor problem I had, though you will need to use google translate if you don't speak Thai. I can't fault this place at all. Location perfect for the old town. I'd recommend renting a bicycle to explore.
