The hotel is new. I love that everything is clean. For those people expecting a five star facilities/property, I suggest you book a Mandarin Oriental, Shangrila or Peninsula. Don’t expect it in a hundred dollar room a night. This hotel is already great as is. Value for money. Staff are great! Location wise, the neighborhood is pretty decent. My husband and I loved it. Will definitely come back.

Outstanding stay at Asai Sathorn. Location (near Mahanakhon tower), cleanliness, comfort, minimalist design (which I love), delicious breakfast… everything was really excellent. The staff at check in was very helpful understanding our jet lag (24h flying) and arranged our rooms hours before the hotel check in time. Really really helpful… that saved our “lives”. Thank you so much, guys.❤️‍🩹 The staff at restaurant (breakfast) was very nice and polite. Our best regards to Noona and Gun and all the guys there. They all were very nice to us. Great serviced breakfast and top quality dishes (thank you Asai’s kitchen). The hotel provided complimentary fresh bottled water and coffee/ tea everyday. Air conditioning working at perfection (which is really needed in Bangkok). Congratulations Asai Sathorn Hotel!

August 2025/2nd stay: We started our 2 month Asian holiday at The Salil Riverside, and we ended our trip at The Salil Riverside. What an amazing welcome back greeting we got. As soon as our taxi arrived in front of the hotel, Aom and Mekki from the concierge team were waving and smiling. As a big surprise to all 3 of us, especially our 11 year old daughter, they presented her with a wonderful framed picture we took of her at our first stay. They had also made a lovely handwritten card. This was our hotel stay number 10 on our Asian tour, and The Salil Riverside deserves a 10 ⭐️ rating. It's without doubt the best hotel we stayed at and the best breakfast of all the hotels. Everything from staff, location, service, comfort, and the amazing decor of the hotel is fantastic. If you are looking for a hotel in Bangkok, then look no further as The Salil Riverside is definitely the place to stay. Again, thank you so much to everyone at Salil for making our end of our Asian trip amazing and memorable.
