Absolutely everything was perfect, the accommodation was spotless, ideally located, and even included free bicycles. But what truly made the difference at City Yaowarat was the service. Our host went above and beyond: she picked us up from the train station after a long journey, drove us to the bus stop the next morning for our trip to Erawan Falls, and even brought our luggage to us afterward so we could head straight to the bus to Bangkok without having to return to the hotel. Truly exceptional hospitality! Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Lots of choice and variety at breakfast. Helpful and courteous staff. Pool was nice for cooling down after a day in the city. They were willing to store our luggage when we arrived earlier than check-in so that we could go about our day.

Everything, but location. Hotel is new and clean. Breakfast is amazing. Pool area spot on. Gym perfect. The only downside is location. Quite far from metro station and most od the time there is traffic jam next to the hotel.
