We had a wonderful stay. Sirem & Jason are great hosts, we enjoyed the delicious breakfasts, the interesting conversations, we got a lot of good tips on what to do in the surroundings. The guesthous is such a beatiful place, we relaxed every day in the pool and our bungalow. Our kids were fascinated by the garden and they were so lovely with them. Thank you for your kindness, we will definetely come back.

Great service. We had to leave early before breakfast time and they prepared everything in box the evening before so we could eat before leaving. Parking on site, lovely dog and beatiful garden. Very close to attractions and restaurants.

Livia Garden Hotel is a hidden gem. We loved our stay there recently with our daughter. The staff were all lovely and so helpful, and the breakfast in the morning was amazing!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautiful place - we were there slightly off season but everyone was so nice and we felt very comfortable there. Location also great to explore the town and we were able to walk from Ephesus. Cake and tea was always available and the breakfast was very tasty!

We unfortunatly did not stay here because it was some problem with our room - we did not get the room that we booked (room with pool wiew and one bad for the two). Insted we got a room with some wiew to the roof that did not look like in the pictures (you can see it below). BUT, the guy on the reception was very nice and he gave us our money back so we could find anorher place to stay. The pool area is very nice and I saw that people are ha ing a great time. To the guy on the reception and pool area I gave rating 10. Thank you:)
